Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellations are possible as long as your order does not have the status "Being processed"
How to cancel your order:
- Log in to your customer account
- Navigate to the "My Orders" section
- Find the order you want to cancel
- Click on the three dots next to the order in question
- Select the "Cancel" option
- Confirm the cancellation process
After successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation by email.
