Shipping and Payment

Shipping:

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95. Exceptions apply to the countries and regions listed below. Furthermore, "Parkside" brand batteries are shipped free of charge, except in the cases listed below.

Shipping costs will be clearly communicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page. Shipping takes place after payment is received within Germany and to EU countries.

Different shipping costs:

  • €5.95: Northern Ireland, Cyprus, Malta
  • €9.95: Canary Islands
  • €5.95: Balearic Islands
  • €9.95: Balearic Islands with "Parkside" battery shipping

For deliveries outside of Germany, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply that are not included in the displayed total price. These costs must be paid by the customer.

We offer the above payment methods via our payment provider "Mollie". Simply choose the payment method that suits you best. The prices listed in each offer are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of intra-EU purchases) and/or duties (e.g., customs) may be payable by you, not to the seller but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be accessed on the "Shipping and Payment Terms" page, will be specified separately during the ordering process, and are to be paid additionally by you.
